No. Notaries are prohibited by law from practicing law without a license. We cannot provide legal advice, explain the contents of your document, draft legal documents, or suggest which type of notarization is necessary. If you need legal advice, please contact a qualified attorney.
-
If your document (like a will or certain deeds) requires witnesses in addition to the notary, you are typically responsible for providing those witnesses. Please ensure they also bring valid photo identification. We can sometimes arrange witnesses for an additional fee if requested in advance.

We offer both walk-in services at our primary office location and mobile notary services where we travel to your home, office, hospital, or another convenient public location for an additional travel fee. You can find our physical location or request mobile services when you book an appointment through our scheduling system.
